Sir please advise me how to get the copy of chargesheet in police station or court. And how to download chargesheet copy online?

Please not that if your named as an accused person in the charged sheet filed by police then you have a right to recieve a copy of charge sheet along with all relevent papers including statements of witnesses and copies of other documents annexed there to. You do not have to pay any charges for this purpose and the copy has to given immediately after filling of the charge sheet this right has been provided under section 207 of the c.r.P.C which is reproduced belowSection 207: Supply to the accused of copy of police report and other documentsIn any case where the proceeding has been instituted on a police report, the Magistrate shall without delay furnish to the accused, free of cost, a copy of each of the following:(i) the police report;(ii) the first information report recorded under section 154;(iii) the statements recorded under sub-section (3) of section 161 of all persons whom the prosecution proposes to examine as its witnesses, excluding therefrom any part in regard to which a request for such exclusion has been made by the police officer under sub-section (6) of section 173;(iv) the confessions and statements, if any, recorded under section 164;(v) any other document or relevant extract thereof forwarded to the Magistrate with the police report under sub-section (5) of section 173:Provided that the Magistrate may, after perusing any such part of a statement as is referred to in clause (iii) and considering the reasons given by the police officer for the request, direct that a copy of that part of the statement or of such portion thereof as the Magistrate thinks proper, shall be furnished to the accused:Provided further that if the Magistrate is satisfied that any document referred to in clause (v) is voluminous, he shall, instead of furnishing the accused with a copy thereof, direct that he will only be allowed to inspect it either personally or through pleader in Court.

Hello sir, im dr but now not in service.my wife filed 498A. DVact i given 18000pm maintenance to my doctor wife.Now she file divorce case HMP under cruality and desertion.in this case she also demand 50 lack as a one time permanent alimony. My question is1)I also want divorce but not had 50 lack rs.wat I do now?2)in this hmp ,My wife able to demand again maintenance under SEC.24.?3)she r able to demand one time permanent alimony to court???

Educated wife cannot claim maintenace till has liability on her more over, once if u have payed maintenace you can showcase before the court that she is purposefully not working so that she can claim maintennace from u



Q: Action against husband & in laws for mental torture & desertion

Hi sir I am 25 yrs old I got married 2 yrs back.in this 2 yrs I just stayed with my husband and in-law for 4 months.because after Marg within 10 day I caught my husband getting his ex gf msges and i told my parents and in-laws abt it.since dat tym my mother in law started torturing me mentally for each and every thing and my husband Never use to support me,as he listens to his mother and don't talk to me.my Mother in law always fights and leave me in my mother's home n go.as I came for my delivery in 7th month to my mother's place now my daughter is of 1 yr old and dey are not taking me hme as dey wanted baby boy. I have given application in sp office and counseling was going on and sp found they are not interested in taking me hme as they trying to prove me as characterless whr in they do not have any proofs just putting wrong alligation.hence as per said by sp I retured my husband hme by giving 1 application in police station incase anything happens to me or my daughter my husband

Q: Further procedure after bail in false case of section 376.

Hi, One girl register FIR under 376. I went to police station for enquire what is going wrong with me. They just ask I know her or not. I say yes then they told we are keeping you in our custody. Second day they sent me to court and from their they sent me jail. After 20 days I got bail from session court. Now my case is under trail. I got married before one month from this case. I am doing job and my manager understand my situation and my current job is still going on. I want to change my organisation, I am worried if I got reject in background verification. I am working on IT sector. Please suggest because my case will take some tome to close may be year.
