Q: Action as coaching institute rusticates student for hanging id card

How can I take legal action against my coaching institute who exerted huge pressure for hanging identity card and rusticates me for this, I carry it all time but I can't hang it?

This is something which will not be covered under purview of legal remedy. However, you can read the rules of the coaching and if it does not have anything with this regard you can claim back your fees.

Q: Procedure to file recovery on non payment of loan amount.

dear sir i made partnership with my friend and made partnership deed notery and he given me signed cheque and i hade given all money online.now he is not paying back my money so can i bounce cheque? and can file a case? kindly give me good suggestion

Presenting the cheque and getting it bounced is an option. You can also lodge an FIR against him under section 406 and 420 IPC. Initiating criminal action against him will create pressure on him and since you have made the payment online your claim will be easily proved.

Q: Is it necessary to file a report of domestic violence in the same city

Is it necessary to report about domestic voilance in the same city? I am scares if i report to police, i will be more harrased. Can i go my home town first and than report about it? Please reply...

Technically the complaint should be made where the crime is committed. However, this kind of harassment also includes mental harassment which continues even if you go back to your home town. Thus it can be reported anywhere but the complaint has to be cleverly drafted.

Q: Children play cricket and breaking our windows and hurting us

We just shifted to rented flat. It is ground floor flat back side facing the basketball and badminton court. Some group of children plays cricket and always ball hits our glasses of windows (some glass broken also) also many times missed hurting our 4 years daughter. When asking them to stop playing as it is not the right place they start throwing stones, runs pressing door bells etc. They all are teenagers. Please suggest what should we do in this matter. Thanks

Firstly, there is no legal remedy to these kind of disputes. However, if you society you live in is a registered society you can make a complaint to its office bearers. This is the appropriate remedy that might help you.

Q: Procedure in case of court marriage in case of shia and sunni

I and the person i love both are muslim but i am sunni and he is shia muslim.. So is there any law about shia sunni court marriage?

There is no different law for Shia and sunni as far as our country is concerned. If both of you want to get married you can follow the normal Islamic rituals to get married.There is no bar in both of you to marry each other at least from laws prospective.
