Q: Writ Petition Against KDA Cancellation of Kidwai Nagar Plot Without Notice and Denial of OTS Benefit

My grandmother was allotted a residential plot by KDA in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur in 1967. Around one-fourth of the premium was deposited, but due to family deaths and unavoidable circumstances, the remaining amount could not be paid. For over a year before cancellation, I repeatedly approached KDA requesting acceptance of the balance amount and benefit under the OTS Scheme, but no effective action was taken. KDA cancelled the allotment without serving any show-cause notice or providing an opportunity of hearing and is now insisting on e-auction/current circle rate. I have the allotment letter, payment receipts, RTI replies, representations and cancellation letter. Can I file a writ petition before the Allahabad High Court? Can the cancellation be quashed, KDA be directed to restore the allotment and accept the balance payment instead of e-auction? Can an interim stay against auction be obtained? What are my chances of success?

I have understood ur issue, u have a remedy to approach RERA Lucknow for grievances, u can make relief like possession along with delay interest or refund deposited amount along with delay,KDA is promoter and fall under definition of rera act 2016.

Q: Wrong name given by the accused man to police to register a face case

A person is carrying 220 little alcohol from jharkhand to bihar then bihar police arrest the two man with their car within alcohol And then those accused man given third person name that's (*****) is main accuse But the (****)is innocent So tell me how can I clearly escape from this case

Statement is part of investigation and if u have apprehension to arrest to approach concern civil court for anticipatory bail and another remedy in that can go to h c concern for not harassing said person but these remedy are depend on facts and circumstances

Q: Validity of backdated private university degree for govt job

I completed a distance learning degree from a private university. The degree was issued with a backdated enrollment. I have verified its authenticity through RTI. The university is UGC recognized. Will this degree be legally valid for applying to government jobs (like SSC, UPSC, State PSC)? Can the recruiting authority reject it citing backdating, even if RTI confirms enrollment was genuine? What legal protection do I have if my candidature is challenged?

ur graivances are informative in nature. if u are aggrieved by action of university u can approach UGC first then adopt other legal remedywheather the University is under control of UGC or notthus remedy depend on facts of circumstances of issue

Q: Aadhar DOB limit cross problem. 10th and birthday certificate is same.

My Aadhaar DOB update limit is crossed. However, my correct DOB is identical in my 10th marksheet and birth certificate. Will my DOB genuinely get updated in Aadhaar based on my 10th marksheet? If yes, what is the exact process and how much time will it take to update? Can you please guide or help me speed up this correction process? Kindly provide the step-by-step resolution. Thank you.

if limit is crossed with regards of DOB the. u can approach regional adhaar office and file appropriate application with regards in this after sometime fail to correct the DOB.u have only remedy file petition before concern h c for relief

it is not legally possible if Rachi drt is not functional approach to concern h c on basis of alternate remedy and claim relief and if cause of action has been arises in Rachi DRT how can file case in DRT allhabad in case non functional of Rachi DRT. thus u must approach to concern high court for seeking of relief
