in this situation the will deed will not be cancelled. if your grandfather is alive you should move an application for rectification and correct the name. if your grandfather is died, you should prove the real name by producing documentary evidence or by the statement of witness and get probate.

I would like to give Power of Attorney to my spouse to purchase property and handle any legal matters in my absence. Kindly let me know in which state shall I register my Power of Attorney (I don't have the property address yet) 1. In the state of residence2. In the state of purchase of property3. in any state, even POA in the Indian consulate of foreign country is also valid. place of registration does not matter. competency of parties, purpose and condition matters for a valid per of attorney.

I'm male misbehave by male colleagues as I don't know tough and pressing male chest from back is also sex harassment when I complain and tell male colleagues please stay away from me if want to talk please mail me with hr and manager , company make a fake issue and terminate me what to do, hr answer me " mene dekha nahi me kese mann lu"

termination from service without affording an opportunity of being heard will render the termination order void. it appears from the facts of your case that no such opportunity was afforded and termination order is prima facie seems arbitrary. you should file an appeal to the appellate authority immediately.

Q: False FIR by in laws due to wife suicide , deposed by CJM

My wife did suicide . In laws did FIR with false claim and few days later they told police that substance in FIR is not true. Police made the FR accordingly and CJM accepted it after my father in law’s statement in court. All charges are dropped now.1) Is it good decision to request Highcourt to quash the FIR to avoid reopening of case in future . What is risk in it ?2) Can IPC 211 or defamation (ipc500) case be filed as we have been troubled/insulted a lot by this case.

if the informant himself admitted that FIR is false, the investigating officer has submitted the final report that no offence is made out, then the court will not proceed further. not necessary to approach the high court for quashing. in case the CJM directs further investigation or rejected final report and issues summon then you should move quashing petition in the high court

I bought a property from my sister 's husband 25 years ago. I asked to transfer it to me but he is refused . I don't have any proof of purchasing but I am live In this property from 25 years and I have many old bills like electricity ,lpg gas connection land line phone bills rashan card., voter id from this address. These bills can prove that I am living here .How can transfer it to my name .

however these documents do not prove your ownership but having peaceful possession in the property for such a long period gives you a right and you can claim ownership on the ground of adverse possession. you can file a declaratory suit for declaration of your title and ownership.
