My wife has filled false FIR in women police station, police fwd case to women cell, they called me to present my opinion. My question is can they arrest me on the spot.

Generally in Section 24 matters order is getting passed in mother and father's favour but by considering so many points like how many children , what's their educational prifessional qualification, what's their monthly earnings, their own earned properties. Appoint best advocater to run your case.

For Divorce you both may file Mutual consent Divorce Petition and for custody of child custudy application you may file let court to decide the custody and access of childoor secondly if wife is not agree for consent divorce except xhild custody then you may file Divorce Petition independently in which you may file custody application for child.
