Q: whimsical behaviour of husband towards children and me.

Husband since 3 years extremely inhuman, cruel and whimsical towards me and children. Married since 20 years, working in private school, husband is central govt employee. 2 children - 19 year old son, 12 year old daughter. Had to lodge an FIR against him last week for beating my son. we had to lock ourselves at midnight in a room to save from him. he disconnected the power supply. please guide what next.

Did you speak to your husband about his behaviour and what was his response. Get couselling sessions to understand what has gone wrong in case you want to continue in the marriage. Plz get in touch with lawyer

Q: Need to register a wedding but we have moved city

We were married in 2014. Marriage is not legally registered yet. We got the appointment in 2022 November and got it for June 2023. Now we moved to Pune plus few of the withness are not available. \nMy questions are:\n1) can we do something like Tatkal registration ?\n2) can we register in Pune? But we married on Mumbai’s RC WARD.\n3) can we re-schedule our appointment from June 23. We are defiantly going to miss it.

Yes you can register in pune, if you have residencial proof here. there would be charges applicable for taktkal registration. also please confirm whether you have also registered in Mumbai. if yes then get in touch with any agent or lawyer and ask him to reschedule the date.

I feel its family issues... hence need to know your relation with Husband. you have just mentioned wife is harrasing. how is she doing that and how do you know she just need property Husband has to approach the concern authorities or seek guidance. Also your question is not clear

Booked a car on 12th Jan from a mahindra showroom\n\nHave a receipt for the same \n\nBut got mail from Mahindra stating that booking date is 03rd Feb\n\nBecause of that my delivery date got postponed for year and half and price is also have been increased by 1.04 lakh \n\nNow Showroom manager not taking any responsibility \n\nI am helpless now\n\nCan i go to consumer court

yes you can go to consumer court. however before going to consumer court send an email to Mahindra nodal officer giving breifly about your issues.. and see what they reply. accordingly you can approach to consumer court and/or get legal guidance.

Me and my wife staying in her brother\'s home.have applied for passport for baby of 8 month in tatkaal and received the same however in police verification step they asking from NOC letter from society.\n\nSociety not showing interest to provide the NOC despite owner(wifes brother)request stating we don\'t have agreement.\n\nHow to handle this issue and clear police verification baby have adhaar and birth certificate on same address

You can make temprory leave and license agreement,Just for the sake of society documents. Maharashtra it has to be registered. check in your state if you are not from Maharashtra. society cannot issues NOC in third persons name who is neither the owner nor the tenant.
