Q: Hoe it affectstate government job ( Ias or IPS )

Sir due to some property issues if False FIR registered against me under BNS section 76 but After primary investigation by IO he said that no evidence against me so he removed my name from chargesheet does it affect my upsc career means to become IPS

If the police have submitted the final report then you are good to go, nothing to worry about. Forget about what has happened just prepare for your examination, don't waste your time on thinking about anything unnecessarily.

Q: I did not get my refund in bike rental service

It was said in a rental shop that 5000 will be security deposit and you wil get a refund within 48 hours after returning car , it exceeded two days but I didn't get my refund what can I do

You can send a legal notice through an Advocate and afterwards things will depend on its reply. If they are ready to pay then it is ok but if they do not give reply of the legal notice or abstains from paying then you can approach the consumer court or civil court.

Q: Bullying In College By A Lab Partner

I am being bullied in college by my lab partner.We both are 19 year old male.Details of the bullying:-1)shouting/being mean2)telling the teacher that I don't work and thus the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10(happened once)3)out of frustration snatching a disc(a lab equipment) from my hand.(Happened once)4)ordering me to do his work.What do you think should be done?And which of the above 4 are illegal ?and i can take legal action?

Instead of taking legal action you should first inform your incharge or HOD or Dean and explain to him the whole incident. It's just a simple college issue which you can solve yourself but if you want you can discuss the issue with your parents who may talk to the authorities for you.

Q: i am facing so much trouble in my school from my class teacher,

my class teacher beats me during interrogation for a act which happen at our school trip. even i am not proofed guilty.. this is so big matter well. i am just a 15 year old class 10th student

Unless you explain the matter how can anyone help you. Has there been any police issue? First explain the matter thereafter you will get a solution for your issue. If it doesn't involve the police then maybe you think it to be a very big matter.

Q: criminal force , road rage and rowdy behaviour

Some goons used criminal force and did physical assault and ran away.How for can be lodged against them, i dont have any details of them.

you can approach the police for lodging FIR. FIR can also be lost against unknown persons. Just describe the incident, and time and place of incident. However, there are very few chances that the police is going to lodge an FIR in this type of case.
