Q: Legal action in case free lancer not able to complete work on time

Hello, i am a free Lancer web developer, i took 2 websites to develop back in 2015. The work was delayed due to many circumstances. My client is asking me for entire refund. But both websites are almost complete and i invested her money in development. But now client is not listing and telling to give money back. Otherwise she will go legal. There was no. Contract mad between us and all conversations are on email and money transfer was bank to bank. Savings account. Both websites are live she is not ready to test them. What legal action can she take?

It's is not essential to be contract in writing... even nod is kind of contract...in your case confirmation by email is equal to contract.... subject to render service.... so refund of money will not be applicable subject to circumstances U can reply by legal notice to your client

Hello Sir,I got a notice from bank and they forced me to pay monthly Rs.5000/- from your salary but this loan taken by my husband. I am just guarantor for him. What can I do in this situation?

Wife is not a liable for any kind of liability that owns by husband even though u r guarantor Please note there is different between guarantee and security.... If u r guarantor then u r safe in the case of being wife....

1. Foreign company is entitled to do business in India even by electronic method but subject to following conditions 2. Foreign company would be required to establish a work in India and registration is compulsory with ROC3. If this company are registered it is valid or it's invalid

1. Company is a 'separate legal and artificial person' it has residential status and nationality but no citizenship to right albeit it has right to equality under Art 14 of the Constitution 2. As company is artificial person it can't claim deduction u/s 80c of the income tax I.e HUF or Karta can claim3. Q: Registration of the company which does not involve capital

I am thinking of starting a business which does not require any capital and is going to be a 2 person company. I read about the startup India program and it says that new innovative technology enabled or with intellectual capital are allowed to register with it. Mine is not a new idea nor is it a technology-enabled idea. The only thing I need is an introductory website. What all registrations do I need to make to start this company?

1. Company can be started with or without share capital it can be P.Lts or public company 2. Company can be limited by shares or guaranty or both3. It's can be one person company also 3. Company can incorporate without capita but it can run without business except company registered u/s 8 of the company's Act 2013
