Q: How to recover back my investment when broker invested in wrong place

I did an agreement to invest me money to a broker. The broker invested the money and more than 70% of the investment was lost. The main point which makes my case strong is that he carried out the investment through some other person who was not at all mentioned in the agreement. What can be done from my side? Please advice soon.

You can file case of civil recovery for money but it is advisable to file criminal case under section 406 & 420 of indian penal code at metropolitan magistrate court at place of incident. the magistrate may issue direction to register case u/s 156 of criminal procedure code or he may issue process against the accused

Hi dear sir I am 40 year old my wife 26 year we have two children s,one Boy and one is girl child,i am working present in a private company and little agriculture land know i divorce to my wife what is the processor please give me a solution as soon as possible

You can go ahead and file divorce on the grounds of cruelty and you can even claim maintenance . but you will have to prove the cruelty done to you by your husband. you can file the case at Bandra Family Court located at Bandra east.

can daughter claim family property after father death and mother is alive.

yes the daughter can claim the property after the death of the father even if the mother is alive but only if the father had bought the said property to be distributed out of his hard earned money. you have to first check from the official or unofficial records that whether the father had purchased the said property out of his money or he was joint owner or co-owner



Q: Divorce notice not delivered what action can I take

I had sent legal notice to my wife.. But wife family said wife not here...not opening door.. and postman making false record ... I know address is right..n wife is at home only.... My wife left house after 2 month of marriage..now 1 year complete... What should i do next??

Please proceed with the matter as you have served the notice to the last known address you know and you prove the court that it was delivered to said address and you do not have the whereabouts of her, You can also try sending notice at her parents residential address.



Q: Married to an already married man how can I file for divorce

I am married for almost 9 years and have a 6 yr old child. Our marriage is not registered. Now i wish to separate for compatibility concerns though he doesnt want to. Also to be noted that he was already married outside our marriage and has a grown up child from his first marriage and is still not divorced from his first wife either till date. I would want a mutual separation but what are the grounds incase i need to file a separation and will it be a legal divorce?
