Q: How to measure agricultural land and fix boundry ?
I have purchased 1.8 hectares of agriculture land. My gat number/survey number has total 6 farmers and total land is 13.37 hectares on 7/12. as per current boundraries, my land is only around 1 hectare i.e. 0.8 hectares less. Taluk office has told me they can only find survey number boudraies and fix these but internal boundries they cannot measure. What is legal process to get my 1.8 hectares of land and correct boundries. Also please include process to get recovery of possesion. how to apply for land measurement?, What are all documents needed to get this done?

First , make an application to Land Records office to get VILLAGE MAP.Then apply for measurement and fixation of boundaries The Dept would inform by issuing notice to all adjacent land owners to secure their presence at the time if measurement .Accordingly on the particular day the boundary would be fixed.You will have pay required Govt charges for all above
Q: Husband not returning jewellery after I left his house
jewellery and my husband is taking divorce on mutual consent. when my husband asked me to leave his house, I just took my 2 months daughter and her clothes and started living with my parents. now its been 2 years I have filled domestic violence. and now we are in a stage that we are taking divorce after trying allot to save my marriage life. I am not going to take alimony and also don't want to give access of my daughter coz in 2 years he did not asked about her. but all my jewwllery and my belongings are with him. and he is saying I took it along with me when I was leaving his house. please suggest me, as I do not have any of the jewellery with me, its with him only. what should I do to take my jewellery back as it was given by my parents at the time of marriage. Inform the court where you have file mutual divorce case with proof of your ownership on jewellery. You can inform to MM court where DV case is under trial i. . You can also lodge Complaint of theft of your jewellery at nearest Police Station.

Q: Reinvestigation of the murder case by CBI
Hi, my brother has been murdered by 9 ppls, police arrestee them and filed charg sheet, three of them are out side the jail now on the bail, the charge sheet filed by police is not as per statment given by vitness, some of stament is not even taken from vitnesses but police wrote with their mind and filed the charg sheet in the court, now due to week charg shet accusers are coming out one by one and three of them already out, i need your opinion that what we should do still case is not started, seems they have saved some peoples in the investigation . can we request for reinvestigation by CID/CBI ?
