I work as a video presenter in a YouTube channel, although i do not belong in the category, i saw a person commenting this under the video: someone called me cute Then he commented Sc haiAnd added this further chammar ladkiya hi bhari hui hai.... Yaha tak ki jo manager hai indore head me Woh bhi chamar hai:This was said in a public forum is derogatory as well, i just wanted to know if i can place legal charges since i dont belong to the category

yes you can approach the court for justice, There are separate provisions to deal with these cases. if someone is breaching law you and defaming anyone publicly. Q: Property dispute: Parents owned flat occupied by wife

My wife and I lived in a flat owned by my father. I have now filed for divorce. My wife has continued to occupy the flat and filed a petition claiming it is her matrimonial/shared household and that she should not be removed. My elderly parents, who own the flat, want to return and live there. I am willing to provide my wife with alternative rented accommodation within what I can reasonably afford. Can I request the court to allow my parents to regain possession of their flat?

first of all transit bail will not save you, you need ABA for your protection if fir were lodged against you in west bengal. but before proceeding with that you must be sure that FIR has already lodged against you. Q: Girls Father caught us intimate and filed a case

I met a girl on a dating app and decided to go on date and kissed. We decided to hookup and the father caught us intimate situation. The case was registered u/s BNS 74 but later at magistrate statement she added few things which added BNS 64. now we are going for quashing but worried about court fees
