Q: How to avail new fellowship without breaching the bond conditions

Dear Sir, I am availing an Indian Overseas fellowship and I am bound with a bond to complete the fellowship duration (January 2019). Now, I received a new fellowship to work in India. This fellowship is having a high salary and tenable for 5 years. However, as per rule, I will have to avail new fellowship by August 2018. Kindly suggest me, how to avail new fellowship without breaching the bond conditions of the first fellowship. Regards

Advocate Samrendra Nath Pandey answered
Once you have signed a bond for overseas fellowship the terms and conditions are fully binding . Now if there is a clause of notice period or special circumstances when you can leave the fellowship before full tenure :that clause must be taken in view to see if you have a way out. Else ; you must complete the tenure .
