NO. You cannot legally marry another man before taking divorce from Husband. Such marriage is void ab-initio and is not a marriage in eyes of law. The person so marrying can be charged with Bigamy. As a matter of fact, you cannot marry again till the expiry of 6 months from the date of Divorce.
Q: Is it legal to get married if both boy and girl are minors
17 years old girl and 19 years old boy willing to ran away from home. Girl is leaving her home on her will the girl is ready to give written or oral statement if caught that the boy as not forced to leave her home the question is if we are caught can the girl say that I dont want to go back to home I want to live with the boy or with boy’s family. Can the girls statement help the boy to quash the FIR and all the charges which wer made by the girls family. Please help us! Can we both live together by our own will is there any fear tht court will send the girl back to her home without her will forcefully even if she doesn’t want to go!? Please help us

I request you to think atleast 10 times before going ahead with your plan. Because at this age, guys fails to take right decision and ultimately suffers rest of the life. You are not matured enough to get marry. At this age you should concentrate on your studies. A minor cannot be legally wedded. To get marry for boy age is 21 and for girl 18 years and unvoidable marriages can not register to any state or court, so wait till you attains your age of marriage.
