My husband has been harassing me physicaly and mentally for last 10 years after our marriage. Nowadays he even started harassing me sexually. But I don't have things to prove it except injury marks on my body . He is also from criminal background family and also has charges imposed on him of three cases. I am even ready to leave the allemony but for mental peace and safety of my life I just want to have divorce from him. Due to threat to my life I had not even entered the city since last 10 days.

Q: Gambling act section 4 and 13 effect on govt job

Hello SirI am preparing for competitive exams and I want to know that I had been charged under section 4 and 13 of gambling act as well as 3 cases of section 13 of gambling act and in all these cases I paid penalty. But all these cases are from more than 3 years ago, I have stopped this type of work now. Will I face any problem at the time of police verification? Because I have been selected in 1 government recruitment.

yes Sir office under section 4 and offence under section 13 as far as I can read you have mentioned here you had three cases in which you have paid the penalty but if you had three cases then it is a case of habitual offender but if it is a single case that means one case then even you will be facing issue you in your police verification.

Q: Product delivered with name while discreet delivery was promised

I had ordered condoms from one e-commerce website, which was supposed to be delivered discreetly. But it put me at embarrassment and mental pain afterwards as I found that product name was clearly mentioned on packet, false promise by company put privacy on stake.

yes it is clearly deficiency in service and company has made false promise for delivering discreetly, however you can send a legal notice to the E-Commerce company and wait for their reply for 30 days and if you are not satisfied with the reply thereafter you can fine consumer complaint before district forum

Q: I want to recover payment from cheque bounce

I have a cheque with 65000 rs but account holder not deposit money from last one year i discuss with advocate they said it will take time approx 6 month but i want to get recovery as soon as possible 6 month is long time provide me best advice

sir in cheque bounce case minimum 6 months are required to establishment Court other party has not yet you and not paying you pending payment there is no other way you can get recovery e before 6 months

I hve been divorced for lady 2 years now and I have talaqnama issued by qazi in which it is mentioned my daughter will be in my custody. How I can get a custody paper in this case from court so I wont face any issue
