Q: Installation delay of my product
I purchase a TV from amazon for 310000. Initially I forgot to select the free installation. Once I received the product I request the customer service team for the free installation. They told it was a brand installation, we will take up the issue. The brand also accept the request but the local service person I did not accept this. I took up this issue with the brand and amazon. Brand told we will escalate to amazon. Amazon told we will escalate to brand. But there will no resolution.
