I had filed divorce case at Madhya Pradesh. Consequently, my wife filed 498a and maintenance case in Rajasthan, During last 4 years she signed 2 mutual agreements for closing the case with provision for one time alimony. But both times she finally did no turn up. Now again she is ready for mutual agreement with one time alimony. Does there exist any law which can make abide/force her to finalize the mutual agreement. If she again does not turn up what can i do.
