Respected sir, Mujhe district court se ipc 420, 467 me 7 years ka punishment mila hai. Aur me high court se 30.08.2016 se bail par hu. Me 1 state govt. Teacher hu. Mujhe job me vapas nahi liya ja raha hai. Me last 4 months se apne officers ko aneko bar aavedan de chuka hu. Me kya karu ? Kya my govt job vapas join kar sakta hu ?

No you cannot join your service because you were dismissed on account of conviction by court.Tough High Court has granted you bail but it has not set aside the order of the lower court and before law you are still guilty and your dismissal is valid.

I am married from last 2y. From the starting of my marriage I didn't lived with my husband much because of his action that when ever we had fight he stopped talking to me for more then 1week sometimes it was more then 1week . He never took my side I got some mental pressure from his family side to because of family politics. So we always had fight because the way of his bhiavour towards me. 2times I got a message from my friends of gm jaan, I told him that they both were not my bf they are just my friends even I was ready for filling fir against them just prove myself that I am not wrong but that time my husband and in laws got normal with that but after some months when I got a job to do. They again started blaming with that gm jaan message that I am having affair with them. And now again my husband is not replying to my calls and message he had blocked me from every where. Please tell me what should I do?

Mam your husband is thinking that you have extramarital affair and if he wont forgive you then you need to go for legal help and it may also be possible that your husband will file divorce against you and then you have to fight also

Hi, my problem is that me and my bf are in relationship from 2 years first time he made physical relationship with me without my wish and told me that he will marry me and he continuosly made relationship with me by giving a false promise of marriage. I told him so many time for marriage he married with me in mandir in front of two people but after that i refuse for physical relation and told him to please ask your parents for registered marriage he told me will marry you in front of him also after few months but two years completed he ignored my calls and told me not to contact with me in future. I filed a case against him of ipc 376 and he is in central jail from 28-dec-16 and now he is saying me that sorry i did wrong with you and i will marry you please forgive me. And saying me to withdraw tha case but i have doubt with him and his family that they are playing with me after withrawing the case they will not complete there promise. Now the boy is saying that please provide me bail

Rape is a non-compoundable offence and it is an offence against society, and is not a matter to be left for the parties to compromise and settle.. However, nowadays the courts are very strict and do not allow a complainant to withdraw a case .. In fact, in certain cases, the court goes on to fine you or may even sentence you imprisonment for filing a frivolous case. .I suggest you that let the matter proceed. when the case reaches the stage of evidence, you may give contrary statement from the FIR. On the ground of the witness becoming hostile, the Court will acquit the accused of all charges.
