My wife raise a fir u/s 364 in Uttar Pradesh.is there any rule of summission of fr report by enquiry officer. just want to know that how much time it take to summit in court .case registered date is 26-6-17 .how much time i wait for summission of report in court..help me out

Time to file charge sheet or Final report in court is 90 days but a process of file to court investigation officer sent to charge sheet or Final report, first send to Cercle Officer, Cercle Officer approved the charge sheet or Final report , then finally file in to the court. check in Cercle Office, status of the report.



Q: Can I move Section 420 ipc against criminal fraud

A person took 5 lakhs rupees from me for securing me a government job but he turned out to be a fraud . Can I recover my money back ? Can I initiate criminal proceedings u/s 420 ?

yes, you can initate a criminal proceedings under section 420 IPC through first information report, by a written tahreer to Police Thana. if thana police not register your first information report than send a copy to SP.



Q: u/s364 ipc related to fir and its fr report how to get certified copy

I'm a govt employee.my wife register a false fir on me and my family u/s 364 ipc in thana tappal Aligarh up...now enquiry office completed his enquiry and said to me that fr report and fir is on co office khair.how i get certified copy of fir and total enquiry report and fr etc .can i go for RTI now or wait for summission of report in court..what to do for full certified copy..help me soon...

You send any person to CO office for status of FR or Charge Sheet, or file a application of Pragati Status Report of such case in the court of Magistrate. The court passes an order to police Thana for status report.

Dear Sir, You and your wife jointly file a divorce application in the court under section 13B Hindu Marriage Act, and appear in the court, court recorded yours statements and date given for final hearing after some months and then pass final order of divorce. You are not file separate divorce application in the court, it is not best for you.

Sir. There is a big problem about my love life. Would you people please help me. I am in relationship with a girl since more than a year. My parents do not want that we both carry our relation they don'nt want that i have any relation to her. They force that girl's father not to talk her to me they scare him and force.
