Q: Bought new property but later charged for false cases by seller

HI , My brother has bought new property from the seller and all the legal documentations was completed by him but at the time of claiming occupancy on the land ,seller brother suit serios section on my brother like attempt to murder,kidnapping and harassment . So, policy arrested my brother late night and presented in court and court sent him for 10 days jail custody and given hearing date . Suggest what best can be done . Regards

Q: What legal action can I take if the cheque has bounced

Sir maine ek aadmi ko apna hardware ka maal bheja tha full bill me aur usne mujhe pd ke 2 cheques diye the lekin wo fraud hai aur cheque b bounce ho gye hain ab mai apna paisa kese wasool kr skta hun plzzz koi advise dein....

Ok if your post dated cheque bounced then tell me that cheque is valid or not .If valid then represent in bank again and then send legal notice with in 15 days and file a case in 30 days under 138 ni act.

Q: Husband not coming back and neither giving divorce

My husband left me 7 months back. He do not want to stay with me neither he wants to give me divorce. I asked so many times to come back but he is ignoring me. I am Hindu married 3 yrs back. What should I do?

If your husband ignoring you and left 7 month ago then you should talk about your family . Tell me that both have any child or not if any child then talk both family if not solution comes then file case under 13 hma act.

Q: Got cheated by renault company for not providing good services

sir/mam, I bought this car in november 2015 since then i have visited the service centre a lot of times because it keeps troubling me. Renault should be shutdown companies like this play with the emotions of indians we indians mostly belong to middle class family buy our first car with our hard earned money and what we get , we are cheated by these companies. should i go to consumer form would it be good .somebody help me how to go to consumer form.

Ok if company service is bad then you should go to fouroum an file a suit.to claim for mental harsment time and spended money.and demand claim approx 10 lak.and take action as soon as possible.thanks

Q: Wanted to file petition for insolvency over cheque bounce matter

My father want to file petition for insolvency, and need a govt lawyer for his case. He is arrested by police from last 1 month, bcoz we do not have money to pay debt, and we dont have any asset also. Kindly suggest me how to write application for insolvency and govt lawyer. And what is the rest procedure of insolvency.
