Sir/ mam, I have a plot at H road in N. The plot own as a power of attorney by my mother's name. Land is falling as agriculture. Can i registered plot and NA it. Please suggest me & help. Thank you.

Q: Rules for forming committee in redevelopment housing society

Our building is undergoing redevlopment after the initial plan failed as the developer withdrew at the last moment. A committee consisting of society members was set up to progress redevelopment with a newly selected builder. This committee has forced members to provide irrevocable consent to the redevelopment scheme and is now pretty much ignoring request for information from a minority group in the society...can this committee members be held legally liable for making decisions on behalf of the members?

U can give legal notice through advocate to committee members and then u can complain to registrar of Maharashtra Co.op. societies act. U can contact me for this matter. I myself and my husband both are handling all conveyance, deemed conveyance and redevelopment of the societies.

Q: Legal steps to be taken in property dispute after it is distributed

I need suggestions on property distribution, My Dad is the eldest brother from total 5 brothers. One year back they follow all the legal steps & distributed the property. Now one brother is saying he is not happy with the property which is given to him & he wants some other property. Now the query is, he is doing this on purpose, once his requirement is fulfilled he will ask for something else. Can you tell me how can we stop him to do this? what are the leagl terms/ways which we can use to scare him or if required use it..
