Q: Opposition to court marriage from family

Hi, I'm a female doctor 25 years old from mumbai, i want to get married to my boyfriend, as in court marriage, but there's lot of oppose from my family, is it possible that after we do the registration, any type of case will be filed on my boyfriend, which may lead to ending up in jail,we both are highly qualified, and have opportunities to go out of india, will it cause any issues? Please help

If you both are ready then it's your right to marriage with anyone and by going court process then from the court you have to wait 1 month by filing the marriage file and after one month you have to come to the court for your marriage done.

Q: Clarification regarding arrest in DV act

My friends wife has put fraud case of dv on him and its clearly written in petition that she is staying away from from him last 1 year is there any arrest in this case

In dv case police can't arrest you only they served a summons copy to you to attend the court proceedings and its clearly mention in the summons the time and date on that summons copy. So you have to attend the court proceeding only. Police cannot arrest under domestic violence act.

Q: Complaint closed will affect document verification for government job

If ncr complaint lodge against someone and person is guilty, but they compromise with complainer and resolved issue in police station itself and police close complaint without going to court. Will it affect in document verificatn for govt job? Ncr filed was online but complainer took his complaint back. Plz help

No it can't effect on your job. If complainant close their complaint by giving statement in police station and police closed that complaint by taking signature on that statement. Then you can apply for job.

Q: What to do if i am involved in a minor accident with a bus

Yesterday while coming back from office my car and a bus slightly brushed against each other. I knew instantly there is no point arguing with the driver and since it was a small dent decided to carry on without engagement . A few meters ahead the bus driver stopped his bus , got down and started abusing me hitting and forcing windows to be rolled down and threatening to hit me . It was late in the night and I was alone in my car . I did not consider it safe to move out of the car and engage with him , and I drove away while he was beating on my car to stop . I am scared and don’t know if I did anything wrong .

You can give complaint against that person for assaulting by making application and submit to concern police for give your complaint there and also if any grivious injury you take the medical with you

my wife asking for lumpsum of rs 1.50 cr for divorce as she filed i am not interested in going further but she has been harrassing me this is matrimonial and property matter
