Q: annulment of marriage,...........................
My wife have overy cyst and tumor in uterus and after 2 days of marraige due to pain she accepted that she and her family hide disease before marriage.. now as per Dr surgery is required. As i will not marry if i knew that fact before. Kindly guide me can my marriage can be annulment ? And how much time is required?

Q: Enforce execution of mutual agreement
I had filed divorce case at Madhya Pradesh. Consequently, my wife filed 498a and maintenance case in Rajasthan, During last 4 years she signed 2 mutual agreements for closing the case with provision for one time alimony. But both times she finally did no turn up. Now again she is ready for mutual agreement with one time alimony. Does there exist any law which can make abide/force her to finalize the mutual agreement. If she again does not turn up what can i do.

Hello sir You can go for the mutual agreement once your wife also ready to take but if she doesn’t turned up so we have to defend the case of your wife and we will compell your wife through court hearing to give you divorce mutuall if u also want same
