Q: Police not helping in case of domestic violence

On the 15th August, my sister got beaten by her husband on insist of her mother in law. Issue generated because of something related to home disturbance and volunteerily disturb by his mother in law and father in law. And my sister went to my relatives home after her husband beat and let her thow out to home and the. Called us. We are living in Gujarat so after our family got to police station police shown negligence on his work as per police women's said your husband may beat you but have to bear it and we said no then they ask us to sign on N.C.R which is crpc under 155 and IPC 506,504,323 as we are confusing why then not issue FIR instead N.C.R and police is not solving issue we need and women's help organisations or seek what we do, do we ask to give written statement to us to police madam as we literally understand she got corrupted.

You can file a wrut petition in high court or you can go for written complaint to DSP of your nearest area police station and commissioner too so dont be late go and or draft a written complaint give it to tapal in police station

Hello you can go for quashing petition you have to file criminal writ petition in high court for direct quash your entire case matter or you can file a criminal application gor expeditious hearing in high court

Can departmental inquiry conducted on suspended person if the case is running in court

Yes they can there is no restriction or stay if they want stay in the investigation they have to file writ petition before the high court only higher authority can take decisions otherwise department can make enquiry

Q: If I file a case for cheque bounce do i need to give the reason

If I file a case under section 138 NI do I need to tell the court the reason what for I got the cheque?

No need let the otherside proved you jus file a complaint against them after that they have to prove that y they give you cheques if they are giving appropriate reason or u r not satisfied then only u hv to gv reason before the court if u want to desire

Q: Paying for counselling sessions of sexually harassed person

One friend of mine was unfairly caught in a sexual harassment case with another student. She was penalised and told to pay for the counselling of the victim for a year. However, the victim went on to seek private counselling, which is unaffordable for university students to pay for, and also there was a counsellor on campus that could perform the same task. Yet she is being mandated to pay. Is there any way we can fight his?
