Q: For delay of salary when I need
I am working in a school of agra. I joined the school on April 07. They kept my 15 days salary as assurance that i won't leave the school. But they payed me for 8 days of April and rest they kept. That they will give me when I will leave the school. Now its 24may . I have worked for 22 days in May they haven't paid a penny for my may work and telling me to wait till June 15th but I am in so much need financially.I need my 22 days salary of May and those 15 days as well

Yeah it can be very hard dealing with delayed salary . The first thing you can do is submit a complaint to your area's labour commissioner you can do it online as well on the E- Samadhan website . The labour commissioner will contact the school regarding the same and the issue may get resolved . If not then you can go further in the Legal process if you want , which includes Labour court , civil case etc .NOTE: Keep the documents, pay slips , salary request mail or letter written to the school and anything else that can be useful for your end , at one place with you . Q: Not able to serve notice period
Hi i have recently leave the company without serving notice period and now the company is demanding for the 1 month salary pay as it is a part of contract, however i have leave the company because i have some health issue thats why i am unable to serve the notice period, Please advise if company can take the legal action against me if ignore the emails

YES, the company can take legal action if they are not happy with the way you are leaving , especially when it is clearly mentioned in the contract. You have signed the employment agreement before joining so you have agreed to all the norms , which includes serving the notice period.To not complicate things just let them know about your health issues and present medical evidence for the same .Ignoring emails can affect real badly in your case . If doing that intentionally will not look good.The company can go for civil cases for breach of contract .Some suggestions:1) Don't ignore , Respond 2) arrange medical certificate or evidence and show them 3) Communication is the key If you will make them understand, they will understand but if they want to go for a case, they can .
