you file the case for maintenance in the concerned court where you can get the maintenance for yourself as well as for your children further you can also pray for house allowance and other allowance based on your facts

you can file a case for custody of the children in family court. where you can get the access in the initial proceedings then on the basis of the facts of your cases you can get the Custody because children are still very young to be with the father... because on these tender age the children need mother to be around.

get a confirmation about the FIR from the police station and immediately get the Anticipatory bail from the concerned court of all the family members whose name is there in the FIR without fail. then if you find the whatever is written in FIR is not accurate and based upon the allegations and facts of the case you can later also go for quashing of FIR

check the status of the case get the certified copy of petition... know the date and appear on the date before SDO... and even if they are not marking apperance just give a pursis mentioning the you are appearing and they are not marking the apperance... let it go on record
