Q: Property Issue Filled Criminal Case

Husband purchased a property in wife name in the year 1990 from his own sources of income.And property was registered in the name of wife itself.Later at 2004 wife expired. And husband got the property transfered to his name by producing death certificate of wife. And got khata transferreed to his name.And further father executed gift deed in the name of childrens. Except one child. Now that one child has filled criminal case . In the form of PCR and filled sections 420 , 471, 120b and other sections . He has some doctor records saying father was not well. And he has filled this case after 10 yrs of execution of gift deed now even father has got expired. He is saying that father was not well and they have forged fathers signature. But it was executed by father itself and has his thumb impression , Signature and even photo on gift deed executed in subregister office. Will now there will be any problem for other childrens who has got gift deed executed???

if the case has been registered against you, it must be properly contested by you ..so that no ex parte order is passed against you. if the validity of the gift deed is in question, then you must take proper legal recourse. contact on the number given to further inquire about the matter.

Sir I want to know that I am forcely framed by police and opposite party a pocso charge of 11/12 in the starting of this they said that the girl and her mother and nobody give medical and they don\'t have any proofs and I had 15 affidavit of my neighbours in my side but nobody want to hear me everyone show mercy with that false girl and her mother

मेरे खिलाफ झूठा मुक़ददमा लिखा गया ओर जेल भेज दिया। 4 दिन बाद जमानत हो गई जिला कोर्ट से ऑर्डर मे लिखा है की जमानत इस बेस पर दी जाति है की कोइ खिलाफ सबूत नहीं है police के पास साजिस के तहत फसाया गया है । हाई कोर्ट मे बकील साहब बहस नही कर पाये रिट डिसमिस कर दी। ओर remidi दे दी जमानत की।जबकि मे पहले से जमानत पर था। अब किया किया जाये चार्ज सीट आई नहीं है ।क्या क्या ऑप्शन है । जो झूठा मुक़ददमा कैंसिल हो जाये । ओर दोषियों को सजा मिले।

Sir, \nI have been falsely implicated in an fir. During investigation I have give all the proof of non involvement of mine and investigating officer has put my name in column no. 12 of charge sheet. Unless it is declared by the appropriate court of law that you have been falsely implicated and the FIR is quashed...In my opinion it is best to mention it. You should file for chargesheet quashing and get this matter clear to avoid any such further problems.
