Q: Transfer of Case to another State - Procedure

I am a working woman . I have lodged a FIR (498 A) against my Husband which is pending in District Court Bhopal ( my home town) .Mean while I have been to shifted from Bhopal To Hyderabad due to my Job Requirement. .Now I want to transfer the case Bhopal to Hyderabad . What is the procedure. Please let me know.

To get a Transfer of criminal case related to the offence of 498A from one state to another, it will come under the transfer petition.The transfer petition will be filed in U/s 406 of Crpc before the Hon’ble High court(MP) , apart from that you have to annexed your appointment letter , Affidavit or any other documents which will suffice your ground.

Ap apne case ko defend kar skte hai, jis purpose ke liye security cheque diya tha vo proof karna hoga ki vo complete ho chuki, and samne wale ka prayas apko cheat karne ke tha us basis pe case defend ho skta hai

Apka divorce agar 13(1)(i) Hindu marriage act ke according to speedy process ho jayga, 3 months ke anadar ye pura process complete ho jayga.Divorce ki har stage pe different stages hoti hai-1) Mediation 2) Apperance2) Evidence 3) Cross - evidence 4) Final Hearing5) Alimony, if any

Ap IPC ke section 209 ke andar,apne pati ke khilaf case file kar skte ho, iske alava jo case pati ne lagaya hai usko defend kar skte ho, agar unke side se koi proof nhi aya so apko iske liye compensation and mansik pratarna ke liye consideration mil jayga

Q: Maintenance case issue -struggling since 3 years after abusive marriag

My bank statements are asked by husband in court, whereas he is mentioning himself as homeless and jobless whereas i have evidence of his current working and his enterprises, is there any way if I can avoid presenting bank details ?

It is necessary to submit your bank account details for showcasing your expense and expenditure, most of the time in maintenance cases , court ask the bank account statement and ITR of the spouse to confirm your maintenance claim
