my girlfriend has filed a false 375 case against me after our relationship soured what should i be doing in this case i feel the police and the my girlfriend are hands in glove and press additonal false charges against me

Q: What will happen if the cheque gets dishonored

Hi Sir, Recently i have issued a post dated cheque to X person as a reason of black mail. the person claimed he had spend 5lac rs on me for previous 3 years and since there is no relation now he blackmailed me to return same. there is no bank transaction involved its just money spend on food travel etc. which would be approx.1.5lac. i dont want to pay money so doing stop payment. what legal obligation i will have to face and safeguard myself with law without any charges. Kindly help

If your cheque got bounced. Then the other party can file criminal case of cheque bounce against you,he is having that liberty. You only need to defend yourself in that matter or by sending notice reply.

Can departmental inquiry conducted on suspended person if the case is running in court

Yes it can be conducted. It is in discretion of department to conduct inquiry. They can also complete inquiry without waiting for the decision of the court. Sometimes some department waits till Court decision.

Q: What to do if a colleague has falsely accused me of sexual harrasement

I've been falsely accused of sexual harassment by a female colleague. I wish to know what can she produce as an evidence? I have never even touched her in any manner, she claims that I stare at her which is not true. What evidence can she produce against me?

Firstly we need to see the complaint which is made against you. I.e FIR IF registered. Without going to thhe details of a complaint and allegations thereon it will be not good to advice anything to you.
