Q: How to defend divorce case by a wife

Sir I got married in 2010. it is my thought that my wife can file divorce case against me, but i loves a lot to my family & i dont want to get detach from my wife and children. If she file case then how could i defend and how could i make sure that there must not be such misshaping. If I firm on my decision to stay with my family then what further action she can take?

yadi aap talak dena nahi chahte he to sab se pahale aap wife ko ghar se nikane nahi. lekin vo apni sahamati se jati he to jane de or koi esa kam na kare ki aap ke upar koi baat ae. phir yadi wo court me talak ka case lagati he to aap ke pass bachav ka pachh he ki me talak nahi de na cha hata hu wo apni marji se jarahi he.

Q: Want to know about the distribution of deceased mother's property

Hello sir, mother k naam ki property h, mother ko expire huye 1 year ho gya h. Abhi b property me unka hi naam h. Hum 4 sister brother h. Hum Janna chahte h ki property me malikana huq kiska or kitna hoga. Or abhi bhi mother ka naam property meh h to isse koi problem to nhi hai.

yah ki property aap ki mother ke naam thi. as par law aap sabhi ka 1/5 malikana huq he property par . tehsil me ja kar aap mother ka death certificate dede ki property par aap sabhi ka adhikar ho jaega jise mutation kahate he.

Q: how to sell if the property is a joint and ancestral property

Sir/Madam, I have a ancestral joint property in my name and my sister's name ....I want my share to be sold but my sister and her two sons are not ready for that. Property is a shop which is currently running by my sister's sons .As I am a old person and want some money for my old age . I live in a separate house and they never ever come to see me .. Sir please help me on this and give me possible solutions....

Q: Wants compensation as government school built on private property

Dear sir, Iam from a village in MP and there is a government school building is constructed and school is being being operated. The land is in the name of My father and uncles, as per Khasra. It is said to be donated to government but don't have any records. We want the monetary compensation for this land. So advice me what should I do.

you can give application in tehsil office or aap application me like ki ya jamin mere papa or dada ji ki he is par malikana hak mera he yadi goverment school bana rahe he to mujhe compensation padan kare. first step to give in Tehsil.

Q: Wife not living with the husband asking him to leave dependent father

my wife is living with her parents since 5 months, she and her parents want me to leave my father, my mother has expired 10 years ago and now i live with my father but if i leaves my father than no one will be there to take care of him so i cant leave him. i have all the call recordings of my wife and mother in law in which they are admitting that they want me to leave my father, pls suggest me a way.

यह की आप अपनी वाइफ से कहे की जिस प्रकार आप को अपने माता पिता से प्यार हे उसी प्रकार मुझे अपने पापा से प्यार हे। में मेरे पिता को चढ़ाने के लिए तैयार हु पर तुम जीते जी अपने माता पिता के घर नहीं जाओगी। इस पर उनकी प्रक्रिया देखे और कानून के अनुसार आप के पिता को दंड प्रकिया सहित की धारा 125 के अनुसार भरणपोष पाने का अधिकार हे वह आप से सैलरी का आधा हीसा ले सकते हे यह बात अपनी वाइफ को बताए।
