Q: Doctor moved to a different city mid treatment after taking the fee

I was showing my kid to a dentist which asked for 25k to set fix his teeth, but now after taking 19k the doctor is not coming to see him and also not replying or taking calls. The duration of fixing the teeth was 1 year but because of his not coming whatever improvement happened has gone. Last time he messaged me to come to a different city for fixing the teeth as he has moved to there (his inlaw has setup a clinic there). What should I do?

File a complaint case angainst doctor in consumer forum. He is liable for defiency in service rendered by him during the treatment. File all the supporting bills of 19000 . This is gross medical negligence.

Q: Dishonouring orders of RERA authority what action can I take

I have been awarded interest @18% by RERA authority for about five years against the builder. The builder did not attend any hearing and now is not honouring the orders also. I have already written to RERA authority for non compliance of orders by the builder. Now, I want to sell the property. Will it affect my claim of interest?

If you have the possesion and registry of the said flat in your name, it can be sold. It will not affect your awarded money.For money awarded by Rera you can file an execution there otherwise one can go in WRIT in the high court for the complaince of the order. You should do it asap because one who sleeps over his rights will suffer.

Q: How to draft a complaint in consumer court

I got the bill for around Rs 42000 for a residential flat in ExpressView Apartment society based in Noida sector 93. The bill came in the month of January 2018. I have paid it in full out of fear of disconnection and now need to seek its adjustment. No one at UPPCL was able to explain 6000units being consumed in period of one month. I got the wiring checked at my house as well and all is fine. I require help to draft the application in consumer court noida.

Lawyer will ensure that all the grounds have been taken in complaint and appropriate relief is soughted. Q: Refund of First premium paid to ICICI prudential Life Insurance

Policy has been taken from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and has been surrendered within free look period ie within 15 days received the policy in physical for thru speed post on 14 .03.2018 and surrendered on 29.03.2018 . Documentary evidences are avilable. The company is denying the return on the plea that intimation has been given by SMS much before whereas there is no mention of SMS oe email form of communication in the policy document. Pl advise.

Serve Bank with legal notice stating all the facts. Legal notice will contain all the required facts indiacating terms and condition of policy. If they do not respond to the legal notice file a case in district consumer forum. If they reply then also file a case in district forum.
