Q: How to divide fathers property among four brothers

please share where property is situated. any way you are saying that your partition has done before 20 years. so you do not have to worry. but it should be registered or it should be done before tahsildar as per S. 85 of MLRC.

Q: Procedure to withdraw a case from court

I want to withdraw a case, because its taking too long. So, can I just not attend the hearing or I need to submit a letter. If I need to submit than can I just post it? In the 4th last hearing I told the judge that I want to withdraw. So, the judge told that you not need to come from next hearing. But, the case is still going on. I checked the proceedings online. Opponent is also not attending the hearing. The status showing was final hearing from last 6 hearing. Now, since the judges have changed. They have changed the status to written arguments of the opponent, because I've already filed mine written arguments.

you can file withdraw pursis and also as per O. 23 R 1. or simply you do not attend court for next hearing. because you do not have any claim or any demand in court as far as case is concern. so simply you can withdraw the case.

Q: What are the implications of being booked for drunk driving?

Hi, I was booked for drunk driving yesterday night. I paid Rs.2000 for the challan and deposited the rc book and my license at the police station. I'm scheduled to appear in court tomorrow. I'm just scared whether this might lead to imprisonment,although it is a first time offence. Also, I'm planning on going to the US next year for my further studies. Would this impact my plans?

hi, this is your first tme offence so it will be order that you should pay fine upto rs. 4000-5000/- only. just you have get CR no, from that police station and reach into the court. the clerk will give you date of hearing and you have to attend court
