Hello Sir,The property which was separated between sons & mother after dead of father in 1992 & further land was taken by Govt of Maharashtra for dam in 1999.In this case , as per Hindu succession act, if partition had happened in 1992 & land disposal in 1999. Q: Asking the amount instead of giving wcl job to cousin provided on lan

We have a agriculture land which is going on mines,they are providing only one job on land among all the cousins.So ,I want to ask some amount to my cousin instead of giving her that job. But she said she cannot paid the amount at once instead she will give some amount every year but after joining her job.
