Q: Asking the amount instead of giving wcl job to cousin provided on lan
We have a agriculture land which is going on mines, they are providing only one job on land among all the cousins. So ,I want to ask some amount to my cousin instead of giving her that job. But she said she cannot paid the amount at once instead she will give some amount every year but after joining her job. So how can ,I file this matter in legal documents so she cannot break this promise and after joining her job she will definitely give me the amount per year until the said amount get provided
Advocate Nidhi Preetam Banvali answered
To legally ensure your cousin pays you yearly installments instead of taking the job on the agricultural land, you should draft a clear written agreement stating the total amount, payment schedule starting after she joins the job, and consequences for default. This contract, signed by both parties (preferably witnessed or notarized), will be legally enforceable, allowing you to take legal action if she breaks the promise.
