यदि आपकी पत्नी आपको बताए बिना अपने पिता के साथ मायके गई हैं और आपके ससुर ने यह कहते हुए उसे लगभग छह माह अपने साथ रखने की बात कही थी कि आप इस अवधि में अपना व्यवसाय सुधार लें, तो इस तथ्य को स्पष्ट रूप से दर्ज करने वाले संदेश, बातचीत अथवा अन्य साक्ष्य सुरक्षित रखें। बाद में आपके विरुद्ध की गई शिकायत को केवल इस आधार पर सही नहीं माना जा सकता कि शिकायत दर्ज हो गई है।सबसे पहले यह देखना आवश्यक है कि आपकी पत्नी और आपकी माता के विरुद्ध शिकायत में वास्तव में कौन-कौन से आरोप लगाए गए हैं तथा शिकायत किस कानून के अंतर्गत की गई है। पूर्व-विवाद मध्यस्थता का नोटिस प्राप्त होना अपने-आप में आरोपों की सत्यता सिद्ध नहीं करता। मध्यस्थता में उपस्थित होकर शिकायत की प्रति प्राप्त करें, अपने तथ्यों और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर उत्तर दें तथा किसी भी ऐसे कथन या समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर न करें जिससे भविष्य में आपके विरुद्ध प्रतिकूल कानूनी परिणाम उत्पन्न हो सकते हों।यदि शिकायत में दहेज, क्रूरता, घरेलू हिंसा अथवा अन्य दंडनीय आरोप लगाए गए हैं, तो आगे की कार्यवाही शिकायत की भाषा और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर अलग-अलग होगी।

I met a guy 6 yrs ago, my parents liked him too. After a yr he asked me to first marry in arya samaj mandir & i did it and didn't tell my parents. My father before fixing marriage did a background check on him, he turned out to be fraud. When he got exposed he ran away with my money. I then went to Arya samaj mandir & told them the matter that he gave a fake name & ID card. My parents are asking me to move on. It's been 5 yrs. Can I marry without any problem? Am I unmarried legally?
