Send your complaint under the domestic violence act by registered post to the consent police station, even if he fails to take legal action against the husband, you can file a private complaint in the competent court of law, through advocate.

Q: Notice to vacate shop in which lot of invetment done

Hi sir, I am ruining a shop and i have registered agreement with my shop owner. the shop agreement validity is till 22-mar-2022. however he gave me notice to leave the shop. i had mentioned in the agreement that owner should inform me 12 month prior about such issue. however i did lot of infrastructure in my shop and i took this shop only 13 month prior (not even completed 15 months). can you please suggest what should i do???? any legal notice to owner regarding extension. NOTE: I do not have payment or rent issue. I am paying my rent in advance.

As There is a registered agreement between the landlord and tenet, the period of agreement is also fixed and the terms and conditions of the agreement have been agreed by both the parties. You have made expenses for infrastructure and have been paying some amount as rent to the landlord taking into consideration the factual possion. Possible remedy is to filed the suit against the landlord not to forcefully dispossessed the tenet and ask for permanent injunction.

Q: Complained landlord for repairs did not respond how to claim refund

I asked my landlord permission to carry out tenantable repairs & he did not respond is it deemed permission? I started repairs after 6 years for the same complaint, is his deemed permission valid?

1st issue the notice to the Landlord under the provision of Maharashtra rent control act of 1999, the tenable repairs has to be carried out in resonable time.If the landlord fails to do it. The tenet is entitled to carry our the repair work at his own cost & the repair costs may be deducted from the rent. Even if landlord fails the tenet can file permanent injunction suit in the court of law to get the permission from the court.

Agar husband and wife mutual talaq lele 100rs stamp paper pe aur 2 witness ke aur 1saal baad husband us terms and condition ko khula khayta hai aur maintence dene se inkar karde to kya wife uske khilaf divorce aur maintence ke liye case karsakti hai Pllz help me thank u.

Answer in response to your question.1. Need to refer the copy of your Talaknama.2. What about meher and Iddat ? Note. If mentioned in the Talaknama then he has to pay the maintenance anyhow. We can fill the application against the domestic violence act.
