Q: Do Witness Has To Visit Court In Below Scenarios

If I'm a Witness In a FIR And The Charge Sheet Has been Filed In The Court By Police. Will I will Have To Be Presented In the Court at The Day Or Hearing? The Charge Sheet Can be For Section 420 As Husband Cheated On Wife, Domestic Violence Section 498. etc. Will The Court Ask The Witness To Be Present?

Yes as a witness you will have to appear before the concerned court but subject to that the court has summoned you and not otherwise for this the court will send you notice to appear before the concerned court as witness for trial purpose

Q: Divorce for frauds done by inlaws

Yes you can file for divorce as the ground for divorce is good and that they have hidden important facts and have misrepresented the girl which amounts to cheating and fraud under which you are the victims of they action

Q: My husband has sent a lawyer divorce notice with all false allegations

I'm an Hindu. From the beginning of my marriage, I've been harassed mentally by my in laws and we (myself and husband) have been separated by them for several months straight. We called our relatives to handle the situation and the dispute was settled amicably and all their (husband family) mistakes came to limelight in that meeting. Then we both started to live our life separately (without my in laws interference) happily. After sometime, I was planning for a baby. When probed, I came to know that my husband is spending a lot (to make his parents live luxuriously) and lending money to his brother without my knowledge and that he has no savings for my treatment. When asked to save money limiting the expenditure to his parents and to asked the money he sent to his brother back, he gave me a lawyer divorce notice. He has stated in the notice that I'm greedy for his money. I want to live with my husband peacefully without his parents and brother's interference. Please help.

If you want to stay with your husband then you should talk to him make him understand the what is proper and right at the moment. Apart from this you can file for maintenance before court of your jurisdiction and kindly rely to that letter. If you don’t reply then the allegations made against you deemed to be accepted
