Q: Can college ask full fees even after leaving the college

I took admission in dental college through allotted govt seat. The college is a private BDS college in Jaipur.I have also given a part of fee but then i took admission in MBBS college(in the middle of the session) So medical certificate was provided for being unfit to attend the class.Now the dental college has notified me to pay the whole fee which is approx 15 lacs or else they will file WRIT PETITION against me. what should i do?

Yes in mbbs & bds admission are done under guidance of supreme Court in fixed schedule as you taken admission in bds you occupied a seat and by leaving the college will suffer loss of fee how ever there can be one situation by providing a substitute for the seat you can negotiate with college.
