you can file a writ of mandamus in the concerned High Court becausw this is violation of your Fundamental Right and then if there will no valid reason to stop you from giving exams then High Court will direct the university in your favour

ऐसा कोई भी कानून नहीं है जिससे उस महिला को शिकायत करने से रोका जा सके लेकिन आप अपना बचाव जरूर कर सकते हैँ उससे आप मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में एक कंप्लेंट केस फ़ाइल कर दीजिए जिसमे साक्ष्य के साथ सारे तथ्यों को लिखिए और उसे समन करवाइये फिर वह ऐसा कुछ नहीं करेंगी अगर करेंगी तो वह फ़र्ज़ी माना जायगा

since this a POCSO matter then you can't file Anticipatory bail but if you have sufficient reason to believe that FIR is forge then you can go for Quashing of FIR in the High Court Allahabad or You can surrender before the court and apply for regular bail but there are very less chances that you will get bail without going Jail
