Pehle revenue office / surveyor se apne plot ka actual measurement karwā kar poori details le lijiye, taaki pata chale ki kahan se 40 gaj ka hissa missing hai. Phir apne wakīl ke madhyam se bechne wāle ya builder ko लीगल नोटिस bhejwaaiye, jisme 75 gaj pure plot deliver karne, ya boundary correct karne, ya us hisse ke paise (ya barābar alternate land) refund karne ke liye likh diya jāye. Agar 1–2 mahine tak koi sahī jwab nahi aaye, to civil court mein suit file karke 75 gaj ki possession, declaration aur compensation ke liye application ki jaa sakti hai. Agar fraud ya jān‑būj kar galti karne ka evidence mile, to criminal complaint (cheating) bhi consider kiya ja sakta hai. Isliye aap sab documents – baināma, receipt, occupation letter, भूमि रिकॉर्ड – apne paas rakhiye aur jald se jald aage baat karke nivaran karwaaye

wife ne kiya hai agar to agar medical examination me kuch ni hai to mediation me jaayega matter aur as a safety you can also file proper suit after having proper consultation with lawyer and after proper cancellation the case will be filed in appropriate court

Sir,Is it legal to buy property at Village Bhanauta (Tehsil-Dadri)? Is mutation done there for the plotting from agriculture land? Can govt acquire the land without the consent of the owners? What if the govt acquires the land, how much will be the compensation? Kindly revert

you can buy property anywhere and if it is acquired the government will compensate it on the mutual agreement and concern of 51% of farmers and it can be mutated if land owner seller belongs general cast

मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि लगभग 35 वर्ष पहले एक एग्रीमेंट कम सेल डॉक्यूमेंट जो की ₹10 के स्टांप पेपर पर लिखा है 150000 रुपए देकर इस समय कब्जा दाखिल ले लिया गया था किंतु उसको रजिस्टर्ड नहीं करवाया गया था और ना ही आज दिनांक तक को संपत्ति की रजिस्ट्री हो पाई है ऐसे में उसे एग्रीमेंट कम सेल डॉक्यूमेंट पर उचित स्टांप लगवाने हेतु क्या प्रक्रिया है और उसे पर कितना स्टांप शुल्क देना होगा और इसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया क्या रहेगी बताने का कष्ट करें

Q: Transfer of property within blood relation

Hi, I'm resident of Agra and want to tranfer some property from my mother to my name. I have tried to talk with some lawyer's in Agra...but they all are asking for 1%stamp duty, in addition to 5000 stamp duty as decided by government.Please suggest, is that 1% duty legitimate or unfair ask.Thank you all!
