Q: Faulty meter and electricity bill
Sir/ Mam Last five months I have been contacting and making complaint about my wrong electricity bill through calling on toll free number and written complaint to sub divisional officer of electricity department as I live in village where getting a electricity of 15 hours in a day is a privilege and my bill around 150 unit to 200 units monthly but they sending bill of 1500 units per month . What measures and legal step should I take as they are ignoring my complaint . Sir please help me
