Very first give a legal notice and give them 15 days time to repleace your product or give refund. if they are not ready and willing to refund then you may fail a consumer complaint consumer court after 15 days time.

Q: salary Cheque bounced, PF not deposited

Dear Sir,I was working with the company which is in Taloja MIDC . Two months before I left the company & he has given the PDC of my full and final settlement. At the due date of cheque he requested not to deposit the cheque as there is no cash in the account. Again after 10 days he told me to deposit the cheque and cheque was bounce. I am trying to contact him but not responding. I informed him i am going to take legal action then within a week he deposited 50 % amount but again not responding.

You have no option but to cheque bounce case against the concerned person. If you don't shoot legal notice within month of the cheque bounced your cheque will be time barred and you will not be able to file any cheque bounce matter thereafter. So it would be wise to file it within the limitation.

I got a project from a client, the name of project is bombaytaxico.com, I got his project on Nov 2023, the total amount the client was supposed to pay was 50000 INR, he has paid only 40000 INR till date, so 10000 INR is pending, now when I asked him to pay the remaining amount he says that he wont be able to pay because his client didn't paid him anything, he is not picking up my call not replying to me message promptly.

In such a situation firstly send a legal notice to him via your advocate since the amount is small he will repay the amount on the notice itself. And if he does not pay go to the police station and call him.

I have gave money toy friend online ode amount is 19 lakh , it's for business purpose there is no paperwork only bank statement. Now he is denying to give money initially he gave 3 lakh in monthly installments he uses money for himself and now not giving. Initially send a legal notice to your friend and urge for repayment of money lent by you through your advocate. In case if he fails to reply file civil as well as criminal case against him in concern court of law.
