I have one query regarding CrPC 91My case 498, 307 in uttar pradeshFull fake case with paid medicalAt pointed out time of 307 crime, all family members were away from home, even I left home and I was in different city itselfFor different city, after chargesheet filed, we raised crpc 91 in court for fetching my CDR lower court has denied the same. And CDR will lapse on 16th November 2020What are my options now?I have explained properly in crpc91 application about the situation for crpc91 as my presence is somewhere else, but court has denied the same. Court has denied by saying before framing of charges they don't feel need for the same? Please suggest

Q: Can I apply for government job even while being accused?

I am accused in Section 505 (2) and 67 IT Act of IPC and I have also been in jail for 6 days.So because of these allegations, am I fit for the government job of clerk and accountant or not? and my case is still pending in court.

Here is the timeline..1. Chargesheet submitted in CJM court for sections 498a, 323 ipc.2. Got Stay on chargesheet from Ald HC under crpc 482. Awaiting for mediation dates.3. The wife will fail the mediation for sure.4. Once file is back to CJM court I want to get same day guaranteed regular bail. Is it possible?
