Last week I got married my age is 24 and wife's age is 17 I want to apply for marriage certificate. What is the procedure. And where can I get the certificate.

Hello , read and understiid ur query . First and fore most I world like to know chetan details about your marriage . As to how did u get married . Because your buses age is just seventeen . She is not major to get married . In my opinion it is doubtful legally , ahet her this marriage in itself will stand any ground .I world like to know some details without which i will mot be anle to ashish you properly. Q: Legal action against husband asking wife & children to leave the house

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My dad stays with his second wife, whom he married in church. My mom is the legal wife since they got married in court. My dad visits our house sometimes. We have endured hell throughout our lives. We have lived like beggars while my dad has given his other family the best of everything. We never complained because my mom was afraid of him. Now, my dad wants to sell the house that we stay in. The property is in his name. He wants us to vacate the house and leave. We have nowhere else to go. Hello ,As per i understand what you have written , us there any legal document tobyoyr parents marriage ? Like marriage certificate etc or Ration card bearing the names and address ? As for the other part of your query 8s concerned regarding the sale of the house. You will have to take an injunction from the court restraining the sale of the property.....As the property is in his name .. You will have to show the proof that you are residing g i. That house . If time comes mag be you may also have to file a police complaint .

Q: Whether NOC from other siblings required in case of Gift Deed

My father wants to transfer his own flat to me.,in case of gift deed wether noc require from society and other siblings.my society is asking me 25000.for gift deed Transfer fee.

Q: Correction of address in registry

I have purched flat on second floor but i got stilt first floor in registry address. i want to correct it what can i do

First you will have to make an application for the correction of your address to the concerned authorities and ask your builder to do so in his records as well . Secondly while making an application to the concerned authorities you will have attached the Xerox copies showing the ownership of your flat . Attested Xerox copies must be attached . If you have a electricity bills 9f the said flat then please attach attested Xerox copies of your blood also bearing your name . Make a file of all your submitted documents to maintain. The record for yourself . Thank you .
