Q: Who is responsible to look after mother elder sister or me

we have two flats one in da & mom second in mom & me. mom stay in one flat & she is not allowing me to enter in my dads house. my dad has passed away without making any will. i have been told her by one lawyer i have no right to stay in my dads house. my sister is asking for her share but doesnot want to take care of my mom. sister has enough money & she is elder to me. if my sister is asking for her she should take care of mom. i have no job & no money. if my sister refuses then too she can claim for her right. what to do. please some one answer....

Madam, It depends if the property of your father is acquired or inherited. Nevertheless if he has died intestate you have the share in the property and so does your sister.The responsibility of the mother is of both your sisters

Q: What legal action can be taken against cheque bounce and fraud

Hello, A man has cheated me by providing duplicate documents of the property and as of now 3 lacks has been given. But then I had cancelled the contract and asked him for my money. He had given me 3 cheques and all the cheques had been bounce due to insuccufient bal. While cancelling the contract I had made a notary mentioning that the person will give my money back at any cost if he fails a legal action will be taken on him and whatever property hr has will be used to get my money back. But till now police had not taken my FIR and that person is run away from home but his wife and mother stays there. Please advice me on that ????

U will have to file 138 proceeding against the person who has signed the cheque. Issue process against the same and summons will be issued against that man. Even if he is absconding the police will have to find him.

Q: What action can be taken against threats from opponents

Dear sir, We both parties have 307 on us.now we all are on the bail means we and our opponents.but still our one of opponents is provoking us for fight.we dont want to fight.dear sir pls suggest the way.save our life.

How is he provoking you? What r they doing? Give more details.If the other side is putting you in thought spot inform the police officers. Their bail will be cancelled if they r trying to threatened you.

Q: What to do if me and my boyfriend are from different caste

I am 24 yrs girl doing job in IT company in Mumbai.I belong to Hindu OBC category.My bf is 25 yrs doing job in International company in Mumbai . He belongs to Buddhist SC category i.e. he is dalit. We love each other . But I am afraid of his caste and treatment people give to their caste as it is lowest caste.I love him but not ready to accept his caste.Should I marry him?

Marrying him or not is completely your decision. U will have to accept his casts if u marry him. Everyone is mostly educated in today's time and if u think both of u have that wavelength and compatibility u shld get married.Legally u can get married to him.
