Q: Wrong Name registered in Parivaar Register by Illegitimate child

We're living in hindu family in UP and my father was married around 1970-80 but he left his first wife due to her different relationship with other person but she have one child which was not born from my father as he noted since begaining. Later my father got married and now we're son of his 2nd wife and living with father in from childhood and 1st wife got mairred with some other person too.Now 1st wife's son used their power and have add his name in our family (Parivaar) Register Record without my father acceptance and also shown 2nd mother(our mother) as his mother in record. And also from childhood 1st wife's son is not living with our family too. Since he added his name in record he is trying to get share in my father's ancestral property and assets.Although my father was unable to take any action when that's all happened but now we want to remove his name from parivaar register and also want to know how we can file a case against him.Any advise can give us right direction.

Sir,meri wife mayke me ja ke baith gyi usne bola 4 din me aaungi aur ab 2 mahine ho gye nhi aa rahi hai aur jhoothe case me wo aur uske parivar wale fasane ki soch rahe hain,kahti hai mai kabhi nhi aaungi sara blame mere aur mere parivar ke upar lagati hai meri maa Ghar me akeli hain aur wah bimar rahti hain bahut dino se ,meri aik 1.5 yr ki beti bhi mere sahit mera pura parivar chintit hai please ye batayen ki court jau ya police agar court jau to kya karu aur police me jau to kya karu.mai jald niptara chahta hu kyonki ham log bahut pareshan hain is mamle se.aik bar aur aisa kar chuki hai.

Q: Car purchased but NOC not given by customer

Sir i am from ghaziabad .i have purchased one car from.customer on the finalised deal of 2.90 lacs . The car was on the loan by icici bank and there was an outstanding of 2.50 lacs of icici bank. Then i have given 1 cheque of 2.50 lacs to customer on behalf of icici bank loan account no. And 20 k in customers account .Total i have given 2.70 lacs to customer and remaining 20 k customer i have hold and committ to customer that i will give u remaining 20 k qt the time he will provide no objection letter of icicibank to me .Customer has signed the sale.letter of car. Given his id proof.address proof.and delivered car to me. Now car is in my possession.and i am regular folowuping customer for NOC but bank is not issuing NOC due to his default in other product loans of same bank. Customer is harrassing me ki NOC ke bina transfer karke dikha. Neither he is providing NIC nor my payment . Its been past 4 months for the same .pls advice

in your matter I think the Person from whom you've bought the car that Person is not a shopkeeper or professional car saler then in this situation you cannot file a consumer dispute case in consumer forum but if you want to take legal action against that Person from whom you have purchased the said car then you can lodge an F.I.R. in police station or file a criminal case directly in Court U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C. but before taking these legal steps you should send a legal notice also to him. if you need my legal help then directly contact me on Facebook or my contact numbers.

Q: Mobile lost case in which a mobile was lost in a shop.

A friend of mine has forget his mobile in a shop ,when he returned to shop he doesn't found his shop.He search it everywhere but was unable to find it after that at last he called the police.when the police came ,the shop owner in fear takes my name without any proof as I was also present during that time.Then the police ask me and note down my name and number , previously they had noted down the shop owner ,name and number also and told my friend to go to the police station and lodge an fir .But as he was my friend ,he doesn't mention my name in the fir and next day his phone was mysteriously found outside his door where he stays.So he again goes back to the police station and takes back his complaint.I want to ask that the police which noted my name and number in his register will be counted as a criminal record against me.As I am a college student and I want to know.Can you please help?

if your friend has taken back his written complaint and police has write final report in that matter then it will never harm you or your career but if police do its arbitrariness then on any Mobile missing complaint in their area police can reach at you if it happens then kindly immediately contact to me
