Does buyer need to pay for NOC while buying resale apartment ?

Dear client, There is no rule under any co-operative society law to pay for receiving NOC for buying resale apartment unless any dues of Vendor are pending in lieu of the said Apartment situated in that society. It is the duty of the society to issue NOC to the Vendor for sale of the apartment and accept purchaser as member of the society. Kindly contact your lawyer for further clarity in the matter.

Q: is it possible to get Rectification Deed for change in flat number

This is related to change in flat number which had been wrongly registered. The society is same but wing and flat number is same. Is it possible to get deed of rectification done in Mumbai for this matter?

Dear client,Yes, the Deed of Rectification can be registered with your respective Sub-registrar Office by rectifying the error of Flat No. in the original Agreement . It does not require stamp duty on the market value. A nominal amount of stamp duty and registration fees shall be paid. Q: Clarification about Licensors and Licensee agreement

The Licensors and Licensee has right terminate this agreement by giving one month notice to other part, but only after completion of Lock-in period. should i have to give notice period before completion of lock in period or before also we can give and leave with expiry of lock in period.

Q: What is the procedure for court marriage with a NRI girl

Me and my girlfriend are living in mumbai and due to her parent coming in December we want to get legally married in front of them and i have only 20 days left to go abroad and i want her to come along so we need legal marriage certificate i am hindu and she is korean with nationality and Christian with religion

As per Special marriage Act, 1954 both the party to the marriage can register the marriage with one month prior notice to the to the Marriage Registrar of the district in which at least one of the parties to the marriage has resided for a period of not less than thirty days immediately preceding the date on which such notice is given (Procedure takes 30 days) OR Perform hindu wedding and later you can register your marriage before Marriage Registrar of the district (Procedure within a week).
