Q: Faulty product . No replacement

bought a recliner from furniture store and there was a defect which came into light after a month of purchase , a complaint was raised officially and after repeated attempts to contact the company, there wasn’t a resolution even after almost 3 months

you can file complaint against company in consumer court if you are consumer and you will get relief from the court for defection of product is there any valid purchase bill you should file a complaint before consumer court if court satisfied that it is valid complaint they will compensate you

Q: In laws torturing mentally and asking to bring money from my parents

My In-laws had given money to my husband to buy a property. Since we got married they are torturing me mentally and asking me to work like a maid. I am a working woman. My husband is on my side and now the in-laws are asking the money back or asking me to get it from my parent then only they will let us live separately or they will stay with us and torture us. The 2 sister in laws are also a part of all this. Giving back the money wont be possible for us at this point as we are repaying the home loan together. Please help advice how to tackle this.

yes you can file police complaint against your inlaws or there is no need to suffer any mentally or physically torture by them you should stand for yourself if you are working woman who is able to maintain herself or need to take any protection from any police officer you can oppose them be strong madam
