Advocate Jadhav Bhavana Vivek

Advocate Bhavana, a graduate from Ram Narayan Ruia College in Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) and a law graduate from New Law College, Mumbai, has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired excellent professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

She has extensive knowledge and expertise in criminal matters and issues related to family disputes and has been practicing family law since the inception of family courts in Mumbai. She specialises in Muslim personal laws, matters related to attrocities against women and has dealt extensively in various rape issues and marital disputes. She has been a part of some highly celebrated cases which have been covered by some highly reputed media houses including the 'Times of India'.

She started practising as an advocate in the year 1991 and was associated with the firm Sarnaik Patil & Associates, headed by Senior Adv. Shri Rajiv Patil and Adv. Ms. Seema Sarnaik, leading advocates in the Hon'ble High Court.

She assisted her seniors in various High Court cases and started her independent practice from the year 1996, and was also associated with the legal service provider firm Sudhir Shah and associates. Further, she has served as a government pleader from 1999-2000.

She has a total of 28 years of professional experience in providing all kinds of legal consultancy and advisory services. These 28 years have led Advocate Bhavana to gain proficiency, not only in arguing before the Honorable Courts, but also in consulting clients and even in the art of drafting and pleading. She has a well-established practise in various forums all across Mumbai.
