Q: Complaint against a boy for assaulting in middle of the road

I was riding my bike and an old guy in the middle of the road took a u-turn in the middle of the road. And trying to save the guy. I crashed and got injured. My both legs got injured. My phone got broke. Bike got damaged. And laptop which was inside my bag got damaged. And when I asked the guy what he did. He wasn't speaking anything. And when I grabbed his collar, he started spitting ghutka at me. And people around came and started assaulting me. Police came and took us to the police station and meanwhile his family came. And they called their lawyer. What to do now?

Very first thing, you must have not grabbed his collar, as he caused you to get the injury, you should have called for help from public and have had got the man arrested. Now as he also assaulted you in public, it has become an offence. First look for a lady officer to take care of you and deal with you, and then get one mlc done from near by hospital that what losses on body you incurred. Lodge an FIR. Immediately hire an advocate to deal with the whole situation.Thanks for your query.

Q: Staying separate from 1 yr. and want to get maintenance for my child

I'm not living with my husband from last one year. I don't want to divorce my husband but need compensation for my three years old daughter. Iam working n my husband is working too. But he doesn't bear her expenses. Can I get maintenance without divorce

Hello Mam, I see that you are living in separation from your husband, you can anytime avail the maintenance for you as well as your baby. Q: How can I recover my stolen car from the court

My Stolen car for release that is not my name but I have original rc, please help me

Hello Sir/mam, as you have mentioned that your car is not in your name however you are carrying the originals of the same. So kindly produce the person in whose name the car was purchased before the concerned court. Q: Remedy as father's share of ancestral property claimed by his brother

Hi, My dad past away last year and now his brother claims that the property is in is name. So, would request you to suggest what to do further. Our grandfather is alive and he is not confirming anything about the property. Also, we have one floor wherein my dad is co-owner with his brother. Need further assistance

Hello Sir, as you have not mentioned your gender it is difficult for me to reply in accurate manner, hoping you to be a male member..you in order to get the property partitioned may file a partition suit in the civil court within the jurisdiction of the place of property and further as your grand father is not replying in any manner the ancestral property will be devolved to both i.e. you all as heirs of your father and the brother of your father. If your premise is in question then you may file partition and go for mutation or declaration of your property to be yours.

Q: Brother claim elder brother's property which is in mother's name

SIR, Actually there is a case that younger brother claim property from his elder brother but elder brother's property is registered on his late mom's property..... Can he claim it...?

Yes, the younger brother has all the rights in the property as you told the property is of the deceased mother and the same is with elder brother then the younger brother can file a partition suit or declaratory suit in order to claim, and if you wish to avoid unusual expenses you may talk to the younger brother and part the property with the free consent of both.
