Hello,Can we pass any resolution in Managing committee to protect our society from Dogs Menace to protect little kids and elder people of the society . We are facing a lot of problems with Dogs bitten / chasing cases in our society. Need urgent help how to handle it legally.

Yes definitely. You can pass resolution by imposing confusion and restrictions on the pet owners. They can be held liable for damages arising out if their pets.Incase of life threatening incidences arising out of pets you can definitely put a complete ban.It all depends upon the facts and circumstances

Q: Threat to kids to stop playing in society compound .

Hello,A group of few people are threatening the kids parents to stop playing the kids ( 5 to 10 years kids ) in the society compound . They are abusing and threatening kids as well . Can legally they threaten children’s to stop playing the open area. ? What action kids parent can take in this regard.

Not at all, they cant even stop the kids, threatening is far beyond imagination.It’s fundamental rights of kids and will fall under Article 19 and 21.Strict criminal action can be taken if proven.

Hello All,Need urgent advice here. I live in Mumbai and I am the member of Managing Committee of our society . There is dispute among the residents of the building regarding the playing of small kids . One group of people keeps threatening and abusing the very small kids and their parents to stop the kids paying. Now MC has decided to call one meeting for this matter by inviting all kids parents vs concerned residents . I want to attend this meeting as a mother of small kid not as MC member .

You can definitely attend the meeting representing as a parent of your child. At the same time you would be regarded as a MC member.You will by default attend as a MC member and in the minutes of the meeting you can record your opinions and objections as a Parent

Q: My art style is getting copied by other person

My art style (glass painting) getting copied by other person which effect our name and reputation and also we bearing the loss but we don't have registered any where but we teach to them now they are started their own business because of that we face many problems I want to take same action is their any chance to take action on him legally aur first i need to register and then complain suit?

HelloAs a trademark and copyright expert, I can surely assist you with.Registration of an artwork is not compulsory however if registered it prima facie make you the owner of the art work before the court of law.Since the other party has used your artwork without your consent you can surely initiate a legal action including suit for damages.The very important part in this suit action would be the evidence in favour showing you as the original creator or owner of the work with prior use.For more assistance you can get in touch.

Q: About payment of full course fee

I have given an affidavit with 100rs stamp paper to the college stating that if i cancel the admission, I'll have to pay full 4 years course fee. I submitted it in hurry hence didn't read it properly. Now i want to cancel or withdraw my admission in my 2nd year. Is there any way i won't have to pay full 4 year course fee? I don't want refund of the fees i paid.

Do not worry and just don’t pay the fee, there is no such law or rule by any university or state govt to pay full course fee if dropped in the middle.Get a legal notice drafted from a professional advocate and they will never again call you or force you to pay.For professional legal assistance please contact us.
