Q: Bail jump complications for the person who gave the bail?

In my cheque bounce case my father given the bail. Bail got jumped i am out of the city. Arrest warrent came...What are the complications for the person who have given bail?

Advocate Harsh Sharma answered
As I can understand from your query, your father gave bail for you in a case against you and now you have jumped the bail. In such case, the bail amount deposited by your will be forfeited. An arrest warrant can be issued against you. And the court will not provide you bail unconditionally when you are brought before it next.

Q: Paternal property distribution

Without mutual distribution between family members after father death....sister has sold paternal property without anyone information

Advocate Harsh Sharma answered
Dear Anonymous,It is lawful to sell paternal property without anyone's information. However, your sister cannot sell the property as a whole but the part that she would be entitled to on partition. If she has sold the whole property then it would be unlawful and the contract is void and the possession cannot be given to the buyer.
